🎊𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝟕 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒🎊

7 years ago, I started this journey with a simple mission — to make equine parasite control more affordable, accessible, and easier to understand for horse owners. 💚

Graduating from my Masters degree in December 2018 with a passion for equine health and wellbeing, I set out to build a business that could make a real difference…

🚗 2019 — I introduced mobile worm count services across the North West, Midlands and Wales.

📮 2020 — Covid brought the introduction of postal services, which have continued to grow and allow even more owners access to reliable parasite testing.

⚖️ 2021 — The weighbridge was added, giving owners the opportunity to accurately weigh their horses at their own yards.

🏆 2021/2022 — I qualified as an Equine Animal Medicine Advisor and went on to win the 2022 SQP awards for both Customer Service and Newly Qualified categories.

🏆 2023 — I gained my Farm Animal Medicine Advisor qualification, expanding into the farm animal health sector. I was also shortlisted as a Top 3 Equine SQP finalist at the National SQP Awards.

✉️ 2024 — I launched a subscription service starting from just £3.50 a month, helping make proactive parasite management even more affordable for horse owners.

🐮 The farm animal side of the business has continued to grow, with lots more exciting plans ahead.

🏆 2025 — I was incredibly proud to be shortlisted again at the National SQP Awards, this time as a Top 3 Farm Animal SQP finalist.

🎓 I also completed my Higher Diploma in Animal Medicine Advice through Harper Adams University — another milestone in my continued commitment to improving my knowledge and providing the best advice possible.

Looking back over the last 7 years, I’m so proud of how far the business has grown 💚

What do SQPs do? 🤔

SQPs (Suitably Qualified Persons/ animal medicine advisors) play a vital role in animal health. They are trained professionals who can advise on and supply certain veterinary medicines, helping farmers, horse owners and pet
owners make informed choices about the health and wellbeing of their animals.

From understanding animal needs to recommending the right products and supporting responsible medicine use, SQPs are an important link between animal owners and veterinary care. 🐄🐑🐴🐾
