🧐 Just a little reminder post...

As a number of cats arrive with medication, we would like to remind owners (as stated in our Ts & Cs) that all medication must arrive in it's original packaging, clearly marked with the cat's full name & dosage/prescription information.
It is also important to remember their vaccination card (in date), without which we have to refuse boarding.
This all helps us to meet the boarding license regulations.
We also request a second contact number for someone in the UK whilst you are away.

We love looking at your cats and wondering what they're thinking. We are constantly checking for signs of stress, pain & injury as well as making them feel at home with us. Love, play, cuddles & conversation goes a long way too. 😻

😻 Last night I was blessed to have a cuddle with the babies that were found in a rucksack last week. They are having the best care & love from our amazing rescue group. ❤️

I have also been blessed to be able to look after these lovely cats whilst their owners have their holidays .....

🛌 Bed (by midnight if lucky)

If I have time, I squeeze in shopping, email & message replies.

During our opening hours we have to add in the collections & arrivals of cats & often the time it takes to settle them in & reassure some of the owners. This, added to answering the phone and talking through the boarding process adds a few more hours to our day.

We still get asked if we can open up for customers outside of our opening hours.

We are open Mon - Sat 8.30-11.30am & 4.30-6pm (unless it is a public holiday, when we offer a smaller opening slot) and really appreciate it if you can honour those times when planning your cat bookings. Life is pretty busy for us & your cats comfort & attention is crucial in the organised manner that we apply to our day.
