With some warmer weather here, we've got 5 things you need to do before letting your small animal enjoy some time outside.

🐾 Predator proofing. Make sure runs and hutches are secure from foxes, cats, and birds with strong mesh, covers, and secure locks.

🌿 Fresh bedding & litter. A clean, dry setup helps keep outdoor spaces comfortable and hygienic.

💧 Hydration stations. Warmer weather means extra hydration is essential. Check bottles and bowls are clean and working properly.

🏡 Shade & shelter. Small animals can overheat quickly, so always provide shaded areas and hideaways, and don't leave them outside long if it's warm.
