NEW EVENT: Twilight Bat Walk 🦇

As twilight falls, join an experienced bat conservationist for an exclusive after-hours walk around our 100-acre site on Wednesday 16th September. Using specialist bat detectors, you’ll listen for the ultrasonic calls of different bat species and discover more about the wildlife living across our woodlands, wetlands, hedgerows and grasslands.

With limited spaces, this small-group experience is a unique opportunity to explore the zoo after dark and discover the bats that call it home.

NEW GPS collars for bears in Peru 🌱🐾

We have been working with SBC to help fund a new tracking collar for bears in the wild.

This new collar will help the team track the bear's movements and learn more about how spectacled bears use their habitat around Machu Picchu. It's brilliant to know that our support is helping conservationists study and protect these incredible bears in the wild, thousands of miles from home!
