I have plenty of availability this week but PLEASE REMEMBER that next week (📅Monday 14th-Sunday 20th Sept📅) I will not be available for any walks, drop-ins or sitting as I will be away with family having a well deserved break (at last🥰). It’s Monday morning and my last walk with Luna (until next time!).She has been such a wonderful dog to work with, truly a pleasure to be around and such a loving girl. She had such a good run around with a guide dog called Jerry and saw a couple of her friends, making it a very fun morning!🥰

Good morning lovelies, it’s a really cloudy one in Weston today!! Such a nice difference to all that heat a few weeks ago.🙈

🐶I was out with beautiful Springer x Dalmatian Luna today, and she was such a pleasure to be with! So brilliantly trained and friendly with every dog and human she sees. I don’t have favourites, but Luna… she is a real credit to you Ginger Fair 🩷

🚨 WARNING FOR DOG OWNERS & VISITORS AT BRISTOL HARBOUR 🚨

Bristol City Council has launched an investigation into reports of suspected avian botulism—a serious, potentially deadly illness—affecting wildlife around Bristol Harbour and St George's Park. 🦢🐾⚠️

While partners continue to monitor the water, council officials are urging everyone visiting the area to stay vigilant and follow critical safety guidelines to protect both pets and families:

Safety advice for visitors:
🐕 Keep dogs on leads near the water and do NOT allow them to swim or drink.
🚫 Avoid contact with the water where possible.
🍞 Do NOT feed wild birds or touch any sick, injured, or dead animals.
🎣 Do NOT use live bait or food when fishing.

What to do if you spot affected wildlife:

If you see any sick or dead birds around the Harbour, please report it immediately to the council by calling 0117 922 2000. 📞

Botulism is a severe condition that requires urgent medical care. If you or someone you know experiences symptoms such as blurred vision, drooping eyelids, difficulty swallowing, or sudden muscle weakness, call 999 immediately. 🏥
