Dogstival is an awesome event, brings together the mix of dog sports, dog traders and dog owners.
Yes, there was a dog wearing a prong collar, dogs on choke collars, and far too many dogs on slip leads for my liking.
But there were also hundreds of owners trying something new with their dog, having fun with their dog, and just enjoying a day out- with their dog.
People walking past our stall telling their dog they don’t need treats, but getting dragged in anyway because our best marketing tool is the wind carrying the scent of our sausages 🤣 and with a free sample they can see how much their dog loves them 🤷♀️
There’s a lot of negativity in the dog world right now, so let’s just take a beat to focus on the positivity out there too, and the sheer joy we get out of being able to have these wonderful creatures in our lives.
Must be why we are outnumbered 2:1 by dogs in our house 🤣🙈🐾
