✨ We did it again… 5⭐ LICENSED! ✨

After our license review in July I received my renewed 5-star licence for dog boarding and day care, valid for another three years, and I couldn’t be prouder. 🐾❤️

Behind this little certificate is so much more than people see. It’s years of hard work, long days, sleepless nights, constant learning and levelling up, inspections, paperwork, investment, cleaning, maintenance and training to name a few!

There really is a lot of blood, sweat and tears that goes into maintaining a 5-star rated business, but every single bit of it is worth it.

The dogs in my care are never “just dogs”—they become part of the Tails of West family. ❤️ Their happiness, wellbeing, safety and individual needs will always come first, and I treat every one of them as if they were my own.

Being licensed isn’t just about having a certificate on the wall. It means your business has been inspected, meets strict welfare standards, has the correct insurance, procedures and facilities in place, and is accountable. It gives owners peace of mind that their beloved pets are protected.

Sadly, there are still far too many people offering boarding and day care without a licence. Choosing an unlicensed boarder can leave both owners and dogs without the safeguards that licensed businesses are required to provide.

When you’re trusting someone with your best friend, please always ask if they’re licensed. It really does matter.

Thank you to every single client who trusts me with their amazing dogs. Your support means the world, and I feel incredibly lucky to do a job I truly love every day. Here’s to another three years of cuddles, muddy paws, wagging tails and making wonderful memories together. 🐶🐾❤️

That’s a wrap! Officially off on jollies with my little family 🇫🇷

Tails of West Bridgford is closed for some much needed rest from Friday 24th a July and will reopen on Tuesday 4th August

… although when I say rest Disney with the kids might not be too restful! Being with my woofs may well be easier! 😂

I will have my phone with me while away and will try to respond to any enquiries as soon as possible (between the tower of terror and photos with Mickey! ✨)
