Im off on annual leave to see my family. Despite living in Welshpool all my family are based in Yorkshire, so these trips are always fun to catch up 🚗

If you need to contact me whilst I’m away that’s ok, I just won’t be having appointments during this period.

Feeling soppy, grateful and proud of where I am. I couldn’t have done it without hardwork, dedication and the support my loved ones (family, friends and my boyfriend).
Being self employed and working 2 jobs is hard but the rewards are worth it ✨♥️

Back at it after a quieter week on here - not because I have not had anything to share, but because the diary has been full and I have been busy doing the actual physio bit 😅

Great to be working with clients in clinic and helping patients move, recover, and feel more confident day by day. 💪

A little reminder: progress does not always look flashy. Sometimes it is small wins, consistent work, and showing up even when life gets busy 🗓️

Event cancelled due to the heat 🔥

Sadly due to the forecast still being hot on Saturday & the dog show not being able to go ahead many of the vendors attending chose to cancel too so I’ve had to make the tough decision to cancel the whole event, this decision hasn’t come lightly but my main priority is the welfare of the dogs and sadly the weather just isn’t on our side.
We have however had some lovely prizes donated for a raffle so this will still be going ahead. £1 per strip, please let us know if you’d like to buy any tickets.

A little reminder in this warm weather - if it feels hot to you, it feels even hotter to your dog.
Early walks, shady spots, cool water, and plenty of rest can make all the difference. Take it slow and keep an eye out for signs that they are struggling ☀️ 🐶
