At just 3 months old, young Ozzie was an absolute superstar during his nail trimming session! He was so well behaved and calm, it was truly impressive. A few tasty treats helped keep him still and relaxed. Well done Ozzie ❤

If anyone has any large towels they don’t want any more, and looking to get rid of, donations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Today is Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation Day, a special day to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our amazing reception team! We are so lucky to have a wonderful team who help keep us running smoothly and offer so much support and advice to our clients, making a real difference in the lives of our furry friends and their owners. From booking appointments to answering questions, our receptionists are the first point of contact for many of our clients, and they always go above and beyond to provide a warm and welcoming experience. Their kindness, compassion, and expertise are invaluable to our hospital, and we're so grateful to have them on our team.

Beth, our reception manager, has a special message for her team:
'What a team! They always bring a cheerful and comforting greeting to every client who comes through our doors or through our phone lines. They are such an important part of the hospital, being there not just for all our fabulous furry clients but the human ones too! Always there for the puppy cuddles as well as the tough moments, offering a listening ear and a comforting word when it's needed most. They're the ones who keep our hospital running like clockwork, ensuring that every client receives the best possible care and attention. So grateful to work with this wonderful team, thank you for all you do for the Mount Vets community! You truly are the heart of our hospital.'
