I always love doing some puppy training! I worked on some obedience with Peggy the other day! I completely forgot to share this 🙈 practising some sitting in duration, recall, and lie down. Such a well behaved puppy! 9 weeks old and already picking things up quickly. I always find it fun teaching different breeds and sizes!

Meet Peggy - she is living with Bertie (the Daschund that I recently started visiting)! Her owners bought her home on Thursday and she is absolutely adorable. Today was my first visit with her. She is 9 weeks old and so tiny! I look forward to more visits with these two cuties 💕

When the weather is rainy, I love to teach these useful tricks to keep your dog's paws dry: wipe paws and give paw. Two fun and easy tricks that any dog can learn! It allows the dog to get comfortable with you handling their paws with the towel, which makes wiping their paws easier in the long run. I always love teaching 'wipe paws' specifically, so they can do the job for you 🤣 this is Zeus today, after a very rainy walk!

I'm so happy and proud! My first visit with new client Bertie today and I was told by his lovely owners that in 7 years, he's struggled to be taught how to lie down - most likely because of his build - so I took today as a chance to read him and how he learns. I was determined to teach him to lie down and tried a few different techniques. I finally figured out that if I lure his chest on the floor before his bum, his bum will naturally go down too. And he did it! 🥳
