Great afternoon at Belvoir Vets 5th birthday open day today.

Busy afternoon chatting to people about what we do.

Trying to get all 3 of our dogs sat & looking the right way proved tricky and caused some amusement & lots of gravy were consumed by the dogs in trying!!

Thank you Belvoir Vets for inviting us.

The lovely Lando.
In for another confidence swim this week.

And he nailed it!

He’s confident getting in the pool and improving his swimming technique every time.

Well done Lando 🥰🐾💦

Come & see us Saturday 19th September at belvoir_vets open day - 2-4pm, Barrowby Road, Grantham.

We would love to meet you & your dog/s and we have lots of free treats for you, your kids & your dogs.

We’re bringing some fab treats for your dog for you to browse, buy & treat them. 🥰

We’re also bringing our own dogs who would love a snuggle with you.

What’s not to love?! Hopefully see you there. 🐾💦🐶🐾💦

We are attending the Belvoir Vets open day with a small stand - there to answer questions & chat about what we do.

Also a lovely couple of hours out with your favourite 4 legged companion 🥰

Although we focus on rehabilitation, it’s also very rewarding to help healthy dogs with their confidence in water. Lando had been to a fun pool previously and not really enjoyed it - we found the structure & support of our session was what he needed to gain his confidence.

Well done Lando & thank you to his dad for such a lovely review. (We’ll try & get his picture next time!)

No doggy pictures today, but I just wanted to share some reviews we have received recently.

Our job is so rewarding helping some wonderful dogs with their mobility and confidence in the water.

We’ve had a lot of sadness recently with dogs going over 🌈 bridge - so reviews like these remind us why we do this job - arguably the best job ever 🥰

We met a very beautiful girl this week - Bella. She’s 12 years old and is struggling with some arthritis.

In her younger days, she loved swimming so her owners thought this would be the perfect therapy for her.

After a bit of initial anxiety, she soon settled and in true Labrador style, was easily bribed with a couple of treats.

She left looking very happy and pleased with herself 🐾🥰💦
