What a hot week it has been for me and the doggies, we've had to work around the heat with earlier walks or swapping to garden visits. Ive been on a 4 night pet sit for the lovely cockapoos Lamby and Willow and their sidekick rescue dog Henry and its always a pleasure ❤️. Then my final walk of the week, in the form of Sula and Buddy. Buddy (pictured below) is usually the perfect gentleman on our walks, its usually his little sister Sula who creates all the mischief! But today Buddy, whose ears don't work anymore but whose nose most certainly still does, caught whiff of a half eaten discarded sandwich and he was having that sandwich at any cost! The cost was me being covered in bramble scratches and a ripped T shirt! Don't be fooled by his angelic face. He is absolutely not sorry 😆 😂 😅 Love you really Buddy xx

Rocky ❤️ It's not difficult to meet Rockys needs. A slow amble with plenty of rest stops.. Lots of cuddles. And a cold patio to rest on afterwards. At 8 years old he's definitely slowing down but the rocky love is as free flowing as it ever was. I love this gentle giant xx

Two more birthdays to celebrate this week! On Monday Buddy turned 12, hes an absolute sweetheart who loves his walks but loves getting home to his breakfast even more! Buddy is mostly driven by his stomach but I can relate 😆
Then today Lola aka lollypop/trappy turns 10! Funny and feisty, Lola was my first ever client (as part of a duo!) and has a special place in my heart ❤️

Benji, you are a joy to look after, always so happy to see me, you love doing our trick training and cuddles with you are THE BEST!
Nirvana, you are the funniest little boy, you make me laugh and always keep me on my toes! You are complex but so incredibly sweet!

A couple of days of extreme heat meant no walkies for the welfare of the dogs, but instead lots of enrichment treat based toys, licky mats, snuffle balls, filled kongs etc. My own dogs enjoyed the pool and stretching out on the cold brick fireplace ❤️ All seemed happy enough, but thank goodness its cooler today and normal walks can resume xx
