An extremely busy few weeks here at Meadowhead 💚
We waved off some really lovely horses 🦄
Yoyo found the absolute perfect home where he will be totally spoiled and adored. It was an emotional goodbye as we welcomed his long term owners up to say goodbye who were a huge part of this boys life. A couple of really nice viewings, a successful vetting and a day packing his 10000 rugs and he headed to his new home where he has settled fab and is already a huge part of the family 🤎
Harry was a blink and miss him guy, after finding his perfect home at the weekend, we welcomed vets up to vet him yesterday and he’s already home and settled in his new field with new friends. Harry was another local horse that we know will be missed not only by his owner but by the riding clubs he was part of 🤍
BlackBerry who was becoming a firm favourite here on the yard, also found a lovely home just up the road from us where she will be throughly enjoyed with the best of facilities to produce her to her full potential. Again after sailing her vetting, clear strangles and worm count done she was quickly collected and has settled into her new home. We are delighted she’s not far from us and we’ll get to see her when we are over competing at her new home 🏡
Juno was here on breaking livery for 4 weeks there and loved her time here (mainly loved the turnout pen 😂) her mum came and had a shot on her and took her home last week where she was delighted to see her old friends waiting on her 🧡
Scania was also here on breaking livery and again had his wee tiny rider up to ensure he was just right and off he popped home having learned how to walk trot canter, poles, jumps and hack out. 🐎
Dolly another breaking livery again for a tiny tot was here for a few weeks learning how to go off the lead rein and gaining more confidence under saddle. She did exceptionally well and after a very successful ride from her tiny person she headed home last week 🦄
Lastly little Luther who again was a firm favourite and I know will be sorely missed from all at knockshinnoch equestrian found his perfect home last week and again left us last week to start his new chapter with his new family 🖤
Again a huge thanks to Duncan at Ayr Equestrian transport who has safely delivered some of these ponies to their new homes 🏡
