A Newfoundland and a Pug both came in for a full groom which includes a deshed, but their coats couldn’t be more different.

From thick double coat and an undercoat needing thorough blast and brush, to short shedding coats, every dog needs a tailored approach to get the best results.

I love a big dog, I regularly groom Boxers, Newfoundlands, Golden Retrievers, Vizslas and Cane Corsos.

If you’re concerned about their size or weight, there’s no need to worry. My bath and grooming table are fully electric, allowing them to be adjusted to the correct height.

I also strength train regularly, which helps me confidently and safely handle larger breeds in a 1 to 1 setting during the grooming process. Combined with the right equipment and experience, this ensures your dog is comfortable, secure and well cared for during their visit🐾

Short-haired breeds such as Labradors, Pugs, Beagles, French Bulldogs, Staffies, and Boxers can shed just as much, if not more, than some long-haired breeds. Regular grooming helps remove loose, dead hair before it ends up on your furniture, clothes, and floors.
