Very sad to share that one of my lovely clients was attacked and bitten by a loose dog on Maple Crescent (opposite us) this morning. Please be extra vigilant walking your dogs in the area, and please report any actual bites before someone else's dog is injured or worse. Bites to dogs should be reported to EHDC. Bites to humans should be reported to the police on 101.

It’s against the law to let a dog be dangerously out of control anywhere. The word 'dangerous dog' can be interpreted in many different ways but, for the purposes of deciding who will deal with a complaint, these incidents can be put into 5 categories; 1. Sad to let you all know that we said goodbye to Millie yesterday 😭 She totally changed my life, as she was the reason I became a groomer when we couldn't find one to take her on. She was quite literally the Poodle in Cocker-Poodle Do's, and life won't be the same without her. Sleep tight, baby girl 🐩🌈💔🐾

*Urgent - Please share*

One of our staff members dogs sadly went missing last night around 5pm. There is a report she is likely to have been struck by a car around 6pm, she is only 6 months old, so we are desperate to find her. Someone may have picked her up to take her to a vets this morning, or she may be hiding. She went missing from Blackmoor GU33 & would have been hit close to that area.
Please call 01730 266431 with any reports or sightings at all. She is neutered, microchipped & wearing a collar. Thank you.

That's it for 2023. Thank you for all the support during this most difficult year. We had the best news at our last hospital appointment - all clear, so we can look forward to 2024. Thank you for all the Christmas gifts, which are very much appreciated. We have donated to Cancer Research in lieu of cards and gifts this year, for obvious reasons...... 🤔 Did you know that acorns poisonous to dogs?
‼️ Also known as Quercus poisoning, and if lots of oak leaves are eaten, it can have the same effect.

‼️ Vomiting, collapsing, and an upset stomach - if not treated quickly, liver and kidney damage can occur.

Dolly is taking her new role as Salon Supervisor very seriously and would like to ask you all to check that you have your next appointment confirmed, as she thinks I might have missed someone with so much going on these past few weeks...... Thank you to everyone who rescheduled appointments to enable me to be with mum. We said our final goodbyes at her funeral yesterday. Hopefully things will now begin to return to normal 🙏🤞

Dolly had been returned to her breeder due to a change in her owner's circumstances, and needed a new forever home. We had a huge hole in our lives after losing mum and Dita within 5 days of each other last week. Fate has been working overtime this weekend. We couldn't be happier to welcome Dolly into our lives, and put the Cocker back into Cocker-Poodle Do's. Huge thanks to Sue Pratt for setting us on the path to finding her, and to Jackie Price for choosing us to be Dolly's family ❤️❤️❤️
