❗️ PLEASE READ ❗️
Unfortunately, I have to do a post like this while being on maternity leave for the sake of the girls working in my shop.
The gate in between the reception and the salon was broken by a customer pulling it open the wrong way.
While this was an accident on the customers behalf, this gate is not to be touched by customers.
This is a safety measure in place for your dogs. If the gate is opened by the public, and the front door is opened, a dog may escape. And this would be one of the worst things I could find out while being off.
To ensure myself and the girls can keep your dogs as safe as possible, this gate is not to be touched by the public, do not let your own or any dogs in or out through the gate. We will open the gate when we are ready. In future, if the gate is broken by a member of the public you will be charged accordingly so it can be fixed fast.
In the near future there will be another gate installed so the reception area will reduce massively and that gate will have a lock system so there will be no possible way anyone can open it other than us that work there.
Your dogs are myself and the girls top priority so rules will follow to ensure that is met.
Thank you for reading and understanding, and please don't make any of us shout at you to "not touch the gate!" 😅
