Oh Miss Skyla 🥰

Some of you won’t know but this little lady is the one who started it all! She was the first pup I ever groomed! She has always held a special little place in my heart as she started my journey and passion for grooming 🥰

She belongs to the salon owners brother and sister in law so I don’t normally groom her I just give her snuggles and butt scratches when she comes in however since Steph is now on maternity leave I get the pleasure of grooming this little lady again 🥰 she’s an absolute icon in our salon and everyone loves her! She is the best girl for her mud spa treatment which is well needed as she sheds enough to make a clone of herself!

I am absolutely gobsmacked that people in this huge industry have put my name forward for this as I really don’t see myself as someone to be recognised! There’s so much incredible talent out there and to be nominated amongst these people is truely heart warming 🥰

I’m constantly trying to improve my skills, attending seminars, training days and competing in my free time and the fact that people have noticed this is amazing to me!

I’m always striving to give my best for your pups in the salon and I will always continue to do so. Im forever grateful to be able to say that I love my job and my clients 🥰

It is HOT HOT HOT outside right now!
Our salon is equipped with a beautiful aircon unit and we have multiple bowls of water available around the salon to help keep your pups cool and comfortable while they get their grooms 🥰

Please make sure your pups aren’t walked before their grooms to keep them out of the sun. A quick wee before they pop in is perfect but not a necessity while the weather is like this 🥰

Transformation of the week goes to Arlo the Cockapoo!
This hairy little man was impeccably behaved for his groom and came out cute as a button 🥰
He had ALOT of coat on him previously so we went for a short but sweet Teddy trim with his body being a little bit shorter then his legs so we could keep at lovely Teddy look to him 🧸

Yesterday me and Freddie took a lovely trip down to Somerset for supergroom!

As always Freddie was putting a smile on everyone’s faces with his silly ways but once he gets on the table he’s in game mode and stands like a rock 🪨

We didn’t place but comparing his groom at this show this year to last year is an insane difference! Had some lovely feedback to work on aswell l to continue to perfect this groom 🥰

Massive well done to my girls Kay9Cutz, Em’s Dog Grooming and Barbers Beauty Paws for your 1st place awards! So so proud of you all, your dogs looked beautiful 🥰

Thank you so much to Kelly Davis for always putting on such a wonderful, friendly show! It’s always my absolute favourite one to attend.
