Team Lady Riki

Team Lady Riki has 3 donkeys involved in the sport of Carriage Driving.

These are all pure bred Cotentin Donkeys who compete in the Show Ring in various shows regularly against horses & ponies in Private Drive & trade Classes.

Lady Riki will be attending her favourite event at BDS Annual Show, 2 classes entered, omg early start as 1st class is at 830am, followed by another class at 9am. Looking forward to it.

Well on the hottest day of the year, Lady Riki took part in a 8km Pleasure Drive, organised by Glebe Carriage Driving Club.
What a fantasic well organised day, this new carriage driving is inclusive of all equines including donkeys, very much appreciated. Thank you Jane Robinson for allowing your venue to be used.
Lovely to see many familiar carriage driving friends, who said hi & loved seeing Lady Riki.
Well done to Kayti Harvey for akl the work you put in for today.
I would add Lady Riki is now 21, she did the drive at her own speed, coped with steep hills, going thriugh puddkes (which she hates).
Thanks to Debbie Stevens, great groom & a pleasure to be with.

Lady Reiki was taken out for a drive today in her new 4 wheel carriage, thanks to my driving buddies. Considering Riki is now 21, she seemed to enjoy herself & so did I! First show at Warfield on 7th June.

National Donkey Driving Champion 2025
Lady Riki (aged 20) has been crowned Donkey Breed Society National Driving Champion, competed in 2 classes (Private Drive & an Open Driven Dressage) winning both. First time Lady Riki has been crowned Champion.
