I recently discovered a hedgehog in our garden and got so excited!
Over the weekend, I dashed to the pet shop and came back with a little hedgehog house, new ceramic bowls, and special hedgehog food. I set everything up and couldn’t wait to see if the food would disappear overnight. Sure enough, by morning—it was gone! Same thing happened the second night… but I started wondering, why haven’t I seen the hedgehog in the evenings anymore?
Have you ever had one of those moments when your curiosity takes over and you just have to know what’s going on? Well, that was me—I bought a wildlife camera, set it up, and eagerly waited for morning to see what it captured. I jumped out of bed to check the footage… only to discover all my efforts have been feeding a fox 🦊!
