Today is National Dog Day. Let's celebrate the big, the small, the quiet, the bold, the smart but most of all the dogs we love. This is Swift, a rescue who we adopted as a rather wild and insecure young dog. Now at 4 he's a calm and confident trailing and scent detection dog.

Alfie, our yard cat, would like to remind all dogs of the importance of shutting the field gate when not in use. The secure field keeps dogs safe but also ensures wildlife and, most importantly, cats are kept out. As Alfie says the result could be catastrophic!
