Saturday 15th August 1:15 - Puppy groom/Bath & Maintenance
Thursday 20th August 10:30, 3:15 & 3:45 - Full groom
Wednesday 26th August 1:30 - Full groom

Just to remind you all, our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours notice.
If you do wish to reschedule or cancel your pets booking with us, giving 48 hours notice allows us sufficient time to advertise the opening and also saves on cancellation fees!

Also… the first mention of the C WORD! There is only 2 or 3 grooms left until then and our last working week is already ✨ CHOKKA ✨ if you are on a regular schedule & like a particular day & time NOW is the time to be booking in the last remaining grooms of the Y E A R 🫪😮‍💨

Early Grooming Tip.
If you have a puppy that will need to be professionally groomed, then visit the grooming parlour with the puppy before they need to have anything done. This will help to familiarise the puppy with the new environment
This is the same principle as early visits to the vets....Bob.

Operating the salon door for everyone’s safety!

A light hearted video to show you some of the 💫 questionable 💫 ways to enter!

The salon door operates on a roller, which helps keep the door securely shut. It just means that when opening and closing it needs to be pushed / pulled closed a little firmer than a normal door 😉

🎥 Please note no Vera’s were harmed during filming 🎥

As always here is our upto date availability throughout July. Should anything change regarding availability I will be sure to update here so please keep an eye open if you haven’t been able to get an appointment booked yet! 👀

We have some annual leave coming up in July along with the SMITH STREET party on the 25th 🥳 (which we will be closed for) so appointments are extremely limited!

Kennel Club Good Citizen – Gold Award
I have great pleasure in posting that another of our clients has successfully achieved the Kennel Club Good Citizen Award at Gold level.
Zoe Quigley with her Pomeranian “Vera” has now achieved this prestigious award.
Zoe’s achievement should act as a standard for owners of various toy breeds who wrongly assume that toy breeds are not capable of any level of training.
Zoe’s hard work and commitment has paid off and she deserves our heartiest congratulations.
I look forward to working with Zoe and ”Vera” in the future when they start the next stage of their training journey.... Search training!....Bob.
