Does your horse consistently drop behind the vertical or retreat from the contact?

Recently, during my coaching sessions, we’ve had some really positive results with horses struggling with this exact issue.

In several cases, the saddle was simply too tight. Once correctly fitted, the improvement was remarkable, with a softer, more consistent contact and a much happier horse!

It’s a great reminder that sometimes what appears to be a training issue can actually be a comfort issue.

🐴 Brilliant Sam from Colne Saddlery will be visiting Forsyth Equestrian on Friday 6th November.

If you’d like to bring your horse over for a saddle fitting or check, please get in touch and I’ll arrange an appointment for you.
