After spending 2hours giving Rita her regular deshed groom and you feel like you’ve done a great job….. your client laughs at you 🤣🤣

WITHOUT GROOMING

📍hair can become compacted and matted,
📍your pet can become very uncomfortable,
📍moisture can become trapped leading to potential skin problems,
📍your pet will not be able to regulate its body temperature so CAN OVERHEAT 🥵
📍your pet may become depressed or withdrawn as it becomes PAINFUL to be touched.

So what can we do to help ?

A deep cleaning bath with professional deshed shampoo can aid in loosening the dead hair followed by a deep cleaning conditioner.

Add to your groom “shed it baby” mud spa (fees apply) for the ultimate deshed groom.

Dirt and dander will be removed away from the skin allowing the driers to reach down to the skin to remove moisture and thoroughly dry the coat.

Using professional tools will allow the deshed brush out to reach through the thickness of the coat, removing the dead hair and preventing it from becoming compacted and matted underneath the top outer layer.

This can be a MAMMOTH TASK, that can take hours to complete, and let’s not even talk about the clean up afterwards 🙈

💜Brave Package 💜

Not all pets enjoy spending time at the salon 😢 some just don’t have the confidence, some don’t enjoy being away from familiar surroundings, some have had a negative experience…there are many many reasons that your pet could be experiencing anxiety around grooming.

For Rocco he had not enjoyed his sessions with a different pet professional so his owners were looking for a new environment for his grooming sessions to continue.

At just 15 months old this Bernese Mountain Dog is a big boy who initially I couldn’t touch, over several short sessions with his owner present, we’ve already overcome so many hurdles 🙂

We will continue to build up Roccos experiences in a positive way to help relieve his anxieties and continue his grooming journey!

😻Mr Rufus😻

How stunning is this gorgeous boy!

Mr Rufus came to us after getting in a bit of a mess with his grooming schedule after his regular groomer moved out of the area.

After a long chat with his owner about his grooming history we scheduled his appointment not expecting to groom for more than 30minutes before he reached his threshold.

We were surprised when we reached 45minutes, then 1hour and finally after 1hr 15 minutes he had reached his limit for the day 🤗

Did you notice the Happy Kitty Blanket Happy Kitty Blankets that I believe helped him to settle so well at this initial session with us!

We have now worked out a schedule for Mr Rufus to help get him in tip top condition 😸
