We always send a little update after every visit with your cats 💬 Our sitters share how your kitties are doing and any little adventures they've had while you're away 🐾

You'll also get a tick report confirming everything's been done: fresh food and water, litter scooped, curtains closed, bins out and of course, cuddles (if approved!) 🩷

Here's a recent message Sophie sent to Spectre's lovely cat-parent:
"Good morning. Spectre was waiting for me at the door this morning. I’ve had loads of fusses and he’s been purring away 🥰 He had his meds no issues at all. He’s had most of his breakfast already, while I scooped his tray.

We’ve practiced paw - he’s so good at it!! I told him how handsome he was, and how soft and warm his toe beans were 😹 We’re in the front room now, he’s been rolling about and making biscuits. I’ve given him a brush so he’s all ready for the day.

Before every new round of visits, we send a quick checklist to help get everything ready for your lovely kitty 🐾
Here’s what to double-check:

🔑 Keys. A hidden lockbox is ideal to keep things secure (and stress-free!).
🍽️ Food. Make sure food info is up to date & there’s plenty stocked.
💊 Meds. Include your cat’s name, dosage & frequency in the app.
🚽 Litter trays. Leave out scoops, bags & spare litter for fresh loo breaks!
💰 Payments. Visits must be paid in full before we start (bank transfer or online).
🚨 Emergency contact - Home. Someone local with a spare key is ideal.
🚑 Emergency contact - Pets. We’ll contact you first, but keep vet details current just in case.
✅ All updates can be made anytime in the Time To Pet app.
📸 After each visit, we send a full Visit Report - with cute pics, of course!

I'm Eloise, Warrington Hub Manager of My Three Cats 😺

Back in March 2020, my school life came to a sudden halt due to COVID. I was all set to sit my A-Levels when everything suddenly changed. I’d always known university wasn’t for me so I was thrown into the world with no clear direction.

I took on more hours at my part-time retail job. I loved the people I worked with and learned a lot, but over time, the stress became overwhelming.

Around that time, my mum asked if I wanted to officially join her cat-sitting business. I'd been helping behind the scenes for years so I knew the business well. In June 2022, I made the leap and became a full-time cat-sitter 🐈

Fast forward to today, and I’ve grown into the role of Warrington Hub Manager. I manage our team of 18 sitters, deal with enquiries and clients, and run our social media pages - allowing my mum to run the wider franchise business
My mum’s got the brilliant business ideas, and I’m the one who keeps us on track. We’re total opposites, but we make a brilliant team.

I’m so proud of how far we’ve come. It's incredible being part of this team and making something amazing in our community. Thanks for being part of our journey 🐾✨
