Hey everyone!
As you all know I used to pre book everyone’s appointments for the year, I am now allowing people to do that again due to the high demand I’ve got currently. With spaces being limited due to me technically being on maternity I would strongly encourage you all to book for the year where possible, or at least the next 2 appointments.

🌞 Hot Weather Notice 🌞

Due to the current heatwave, all grooming appointments will need to take place either early in the morning or later in the evening.

Unfortunately, the sun is on my groom room all day, making it extremely hot to work safely. While I can cool clipper blades with cooling spray, the clippers themselves overheat much more quickly in these temperatures. Using overheated equipment isn’t safe or comfortable for your dogs, and their welfare will always come first.

For that reason, I won’t be grooming during the hottest part of the day. I’d much rather rearrange appointments than put any dog at risk of overheating discomfort, or clipper burns.

Thank you to everyone for your understanding and patience. If you’re unhappy with these changes, I completely understand, and you’re welcome to find another groomer. However, I won’t compromise on the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in my care. 🐾❤️
