I hope this email finds you and your lovely pooches well.
I am writing to advise you that with great sadness I am having to officially close my grooming business. I have held off until now in the hope of gaining improvement, but sadly this seems to have been fruitless.
I have used this time productively however, in studying a foundation degree in 'Canine Behaviour' - a subject I have been passionate about for many years. I am hoping once fully trained to become a Behaviourist and Trainer. Therefore, if I can be of service to you in the future, I would be delighted to hear from you.
