☀️ Hot Weather & Keeping Your Dogs Safe This Summer 🐾

As the temperatures rise, we want to remind all of our wonderful customers that your dog’s safety and wellbeing always comes first.

While our secure dog fields provide plenty of space for your dogs to run and play, extreme heat can quickly become dangerous for them. Dogs can overheat much faster than we do, and heatstroke can develop in a matter of minutes.

🐶 Tips for Keeping Your Dog Safe

💧 Bring plenty of fresh water and offer your dog regular drinks throughout your visit.

🌳 Book during the cooler parts of the day, such as early morning or later in the evening, whenever possible.

🐕 Take it easy. On hot days, avoid encouraging lots of running and high-energy games. A gentle sniff around the field can be just as enjoyable.

🌡️ Know when it’s too hot. If temperatures are particularly high, please consider postponing your visit. No amount of exercise is worth risking your dog’s health.

🚨 Watch for signs of overheating, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, confusion, or collapse. If you suspect heatstroke, move your dog somewhere cool, offer small amounts of water, and seek veterinary advice immediately.

Our fields will still be here when the weather cools down, and your dog’s health is far more important than sticking to a routine.

Who’s joining us this weekend? 🐾

Enjoy the beautiful weather with a carefree walk, run, and play session in our secure dog field.

There’s plenty for your dogs to explore, including our long grass area where they can enjoy sniffing, scent hunting, and following all those exciting smells that dogs love! 🌿🐶

We also have lots of equipment around the field to keep your dogs entertained, active, and mentally stimulated throughout their visit. Whether they love to run, explore, climb, or sniff, there’s something for everyone.

A visit to the field is guaranteed to leave them happy, satisfied, and ready for a well-earned snooze for the rest of the day! 😴🐾

Weekend slots fill up quickly, so be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

🐾 A little thank you to everyone who has visited the field so far! 🐾

We’ve had some fantastic feedback since opening, and we just wanted to say how much we appreciate all your support.

Today we’ve been busy giving the field a tidy-up and have started creating a long grass area on the left-hand side of the field, with paths cut through it for your dogs to enjoy. It’s a great space for sniffing, exploring, and letting those natural hunting instincts take over! 🌿🐕

Just a friendly reminder to please pick up after your dog and dispose of any waste in the bins provided. If you’ve forgotten poo bags, don’t worry – we always keep spare bags available in the hut. 😊

We hope you and your dogs continue to enjoy the field, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
