Neutering your dog for home boarding is a disgrace..
If you want to board your dog and you get a young dog castrated because the person you want to take them to won’t take unneutered dogs then go somewhere else!!!
There’s so many castrated dogs that are not fully developed, low in confidence and nervy and having their testosterone taken away when they aren’t in a good place can give you a shell of a dog!
A good vet should tell you this before you do it, they also shouldn’t encourage castration just for boarding purposes 😬
Rescues need a good bop on the head too but that’s another story 🙈
