🐾 Important Update: New Boarding Drop-Off & Collection Policy 🐾
To continue providing the best possible care and a structured environment for both dogs and hoomans, we will be introducing set drop-off and collection times for overnight boarding. This will fully take effect from 1st June but has been implemented already for the last few weeks May.
After lots of consideration, we’ve decided this change will help maintain a more settled routine for the dogs and reduce a lot of disruption throughout the day.
📍 New Drop-Off & Collection Windows
Morning: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
All overnight boarding arrivals and collections will now take place within these windows. There will be NO exceptions unless pre arranged.
⏰ Appointment Times
To ensure smooth handovers and avoid overlap, we will allocate a small appointment slot within these windows for your arrival or collection. We understand life gets in the way and sometimes you may be late but PLEASE keep us updated as these windows are now the only drop off and collection times available.
🛏️ Overnight Boarding Cost Information
Our £30 overnight boarding rate includes care until 9:30 AM on your dog’s departure day.
• Collections by 9:30 AM on departure day – included within your overnight stay
• Collections between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on departure day – £20 daycare charge
• Late collection after 6:00 PM up til 7:00 PM (LATEST) - £10 late fee
Dogs thrive on routine and consistency. Having dedicated handover times means we can create a calmer atmosphere and keep routines consistent for every dog in our care. This also reduces any risks of early/late arrivals which also disrupts the home.
We understand changes like this take some adjustment, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
If you have a booking with us in the future we will be in touch a few days prior to arrange times as normal but they will now be within these windows.
