🐈‍⬛💖🐾 These babies have had a good first day here in rescue. They are having milk morning and night to help build them up and eating food little and often throughout the day. We have been keeping them cool with time near a cooling fan and giving them extra water via a bottle to make sure they remain well & hydrated in this heat! 🥵 We will continue to keep you updated on their rescue journey. 🐾💖🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💖🐾 Thanks to your recent support with donations and via our Rummage Sale & online Fundraising, we have been able to visit White Cross Vets, Bloxwich today and pay an amazing £2150 in total towards our outstanding vets bill! We can’t believe it. 🙀 This does leave £799.41 remaining and will sadly continue to rise with our recent emergency intakes, regular rescue appointments and Fritzi’s ongoing care. We do hate to ask as you are all already so generous with your support, but if anybody could help towards this we would be most grateful. Thank you so much! 🐾💖🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💖🐾 Now that the rest of the litter have flown the Purrs nest, we are happy to announce Stef has been adopted by her lovely foster family! She already rules the roost and adores her new mom, dad and furry siblings. We truly couldn’t be more pleased for this gorgeous girl! 🐾💖🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛❤️‍🩹🐾 We have had some emergency intakes this evening. We were contacted by White Cross Vets, Bloxwich after they had some kittens brought in inside carriers which were found abandoned on a carpark. 😢 With the scorching heat we could not say no to helping these little souls, especially not knowing how long they had been in direct sun / heat with no food or water. There are four 4/5 week old kittens and two 8/10 week old kittens. Thankfully our hand-rear foster carer was able to make space for the younger kittens with Tilly doing so well and Ann Lawrence very kindly offered to make space to take the older kittens. Other than seeming lethargic they all thankfully seem to be doing okay. We truly cannot believe this situation, how anybody could have consciously made the decision to leave 6 kittens outside in a heatwave is beyond us, we have no words. Please keep them in your thoughts and as always we will keep you updated. 🐾❤️‍🩹🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💖🐾 A little update on our beautiful Tilly. She has continued to be fed every two hours over the weekend and has had lots of fun playing, having fuss & cuddles and becoming more confident in herself. Since coming into rescue care she has gained over 100g which is no surprise as this girl LOVES her food! We couldn’t be more pleased with her progress and have all of our fingers and paws crossed this continues. As always, we will keep you updated on her journey. 🐾💖🐈‍⬛
