Last Sunday, day of rest: my boy, Arnold took his last breath. He came and found me, to say goodbye. My God, how I’ve cried. It was so sad, but he was so at peace, that it seems bitter sweet.

I’ll take pride in piecing so many a memory of treasured moments we shared: you were so much to me, a side kick, companion, a rock, all in one, the best. I could watch you all day, be that snoring or play. We spent so much time together. I’ll never forget you. I already miss everything about you.

To have been your Mam, has been my pleasure. You were perfect, Arnold- sleep tight my boy.

We were over the moon to have made the cut. Arnold wore his bandana with such pride. Hurts to think he didn’t make it to his first day.

I’ll be walking for Wag in September. As a way of a tribute to Arnold. ♥️♥️♥️❣️

This is gorgeous Friendship Dog, Arnold McIntyre. Lindsay and Arnold joined us just before Lockdown and were really looking forward to starting visiting Cedar Grove Wellbeing Centre in Wallsend when restrictions permitted.
Last Sunday, completely unexpectedly, Arnold died, leaving Lindsay absolutely heartbroken:- "He was so much to me, a side kick, companion, a rock, all in one, my family. I'll never forget him, I already miss everything about him. To have been his Mam was my pleasure, he was simply perfect to me in every way. It filled us both with joy and pride to become members of the Wag team. I feel such sorrow that we didn't get to show everyone what a great team we were." We were very lucky to have you both Lindsay and to see your gorgeous Arnold wearing his red bandana with pride. Sending all our love to you and to everyone who loved Arnold. Rest in Peace special boy..💔

Two sandy boops! These two boisterous boys had a great walk this morning, we just missed the rain. Barry looked like he was on stilts since the first time we met. Never a dull moment with a boxer. Arnold didn’t fail to find a mammoth rock. What are your dogs obsessed with❓

Good morning, happy Sunday! Heading to the beach this morning for boxer frolics- we can’t wait! Little Barry, or giant Barry, our boxers grow so quick! Arnold will no doubt get his eyes on a mammoth rock, the size of his head. However, before we head out, we’re doing our chores. Arnold loves to hoover, or at least sit cute for a photo next to Hetty 🥰

Good morning, happy Saturday. Rainy autumn morning walks, we love them. There’s something cathartic about the sound of the rain and crunch of the leaves. I love seeing the autumn colour tones. Arnold’s towel is waiting for us getting home. Don’t let the rain put you off getting those steps, it’s a beautiful day 🍂☔️
