Happy Friday!!

Another successful walk and train session with Kiwi.

It’s great to see Kiwi continue to gain confidence each session. Now offering lots of eye contact and engagement.

Excited to try out some new training treats from JR Pet Products Ltd with my new order just arriving!

I always recommend to my clients using natural high value rewards when training - my go to being JR products. Grain free, low fat and hypoallergenic.

My dogs particular love the Salmon Pate - which is great for Gus in particular because of his allergies.

What’s your dogs favourite treat?

RECALL

Today’s one to one with Rolo was mainly focused around his recall.

Both his owner and Rolo have worked really hard on their training with me, seeing progress each week is amazing!

Consistency and Time are my 2 words of the day. 🐶🧡

⭐️New Client ⭐️ Met this handsome boy today!

Over the next few weeks our focus will be around engagement, recall and some other bits and pieces.

Who can guess the breed though?

Happy Monday! (Question time)

Back with these beautiful girls today, they looovvee to run!

Sometimes I think we all strive for perfection with our dogs, in training especially… social media trends look for perfection and often robot dogs that perform tasks expertly, but… is that reality?

Looking at today’s video, you can see that Kiwi’s recall wasn’t instant…so my question is why do you think that is? Does it matter? Did she recall appropriately? Why do you think I didn’t pressure her? Why do you think I rewarded her for when she did come back?

Happy Saturday! Back on it and absolutely loved meeting this gorgeous Romanian Rescue this afternoon. Looking forward to working with him over the next few weeks.

How beautiful is he though? What breeds do we reckon could be lurking?
