Cancellation, Late Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will still be charged at 100% of the appointment price.
I completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, but as a 1-to-1 groomer, a late cancellation means I’m unable to offer that appointment to another customer.
Late Pick-Up & Drop-Off Fees
A £10 fee will be charged for every 15 minutes that a dog is late for drop-off or collection.
I’m sorry that I’ve had to introduce this charge, but as I am a 1-to-1 groomer, appointments are booked specifically around each individual dog. Dogs arriving late or being collected late can cause the next customer’s appointment to run behind.
Please allow enough time for drop-off and collection so I can keep everyone’s appointments running smoothly. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. 💚
New Customers
All new customers are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment.
