Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know from the new year there will changes to our no shows, late pick up/drop off and cancellation policies. I have tried to avoid doing this but unfortunately there have been too many occasions recently for me to no longer enforce additional fees.
🐾No shows will be charged 50% of the groom and a full groom cost must be paid up front before their next appointment.
🐾Late drop off /pick up- a time will be stated when your dog is dropped off for when they will be ready for collection unless contacted during the groom to inform you it will be any sooner/later. If you are more than 10 minutes late to collect there will be £5 fee, 15 minutes late will be £10 and over 20 minutes £15.
🐾Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment time will need to pay in advance for their next appointment.
🐾There will be an updated terms and conditions all customers must sign going forward. I'm sorry if this seems harsh but unfortunately it is now necessary as this has a detrimental effect to the business.
