⏰️Apologies for having to post this, but this week we have had sooooo many late arrivals for appointments that it has impacted badly on our working week🙄.
We appreciate that traffic can be busy at certain times & life gets in the way, but being 20 minutes late, without even a courtesy phone call is really very difficult to manage 😬.
We often have a waiting list for appointments and if we believe someone is a no show & we can fill that appointment at the last minute, then the latecomer will have to rearrange to another day.
Thank you for your understanding of the importance of arriving on time & giving us 48 hrs notice for any cancelations, this really will assist the smooth running of Hair off the dog.
Thank you Mandy & the team🐾
