Say hello to lovely Sam!🥰🧡

Some of you might remember him from our September Puppy Behaviour Course but after getting to know them, it became clear that a busy group environment just wasn’t the right fit for them at this stage. And that’s completely okay!
Rather than feeling like they had to continue with something that wasn’t working, we offered them the option of a 1-2-1 training session instead.

There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to dogs, and we never want owners to feel like they have to squeeze their dog into a particular type of training. Our goal is always to find what works best for you and your dog. If group classes aren’t quite right for your dog, that doesn’t mean training isn’t for them. Sometimes, a 1-2-1 is exactly where they need to start and we had a lovely session this morning 🐶💙

Our 1-2-1 sessions are perfect for dogs who:
✨ Find group environments overwhelming
✨ Need a little extra confidence
✨ Have specific behaviours their owners want to work on
✨ Learn better with individual attention
✨ Would benefit from a completely tailored training plan

Dogs can take scent from anything we ask them to… then deduce who they need to search for. Here is Jax demonstrating super scent taking and trailing!

20/10/2026

And now she takes her mission steadily but seriously and methodically works towards her target 🎯

20/10/2026

She adores Jack, and loves people- even checks in and says ‘hi’ on her way to find him… but she finds her favourite!

20/10/2026

She has a quick sniff and cracks on and air scents more than Alfie- but still smashes it 💪🏻🐾

20/10/2026

She takes scent and goes- with every step her tail wags and you can see how much she loves this game! 😍

Alfie uses Kay as his ‘scent article’ and has to take in Jack’s scent and then head out to find where he has hidden…
