MEET THE FACE BEHIND TAILS & TRAILS!♥️

Hi, I’m Ellie, the owner of Tails & Trails Dog Walking, which I started back in September 2022!

I started Tails & Trails through my love of dogs, finding my heart dog, Bailey, and a dream of running my own business. What began as a passion has grown into something I’m so proud of, and I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days doing what I love!

A little bit about me… outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, enjoying long walks and weekends away with my two dogs, Bailey and Bonnie. 🐾

🩵Bailey is my best boy and unofficial business partner. He loves being out exploring and is a big part of why I do what I do!

🩷Bonnie is my needy, gorgeous, crazy girl, full of character and always keeping me on my toes!

Running Tails & Trails means so much more to me than just walking dogs. I love getting to know every dog’s individual personality, watching friendships grow within the pack and building trusting relationships with both my dogs and their owners.

I’m so grateful to every customer who has supported me since the beginning, and to all the lovely new faces who have joined the Tails & Trails family recently. Your support means the world to me!♥️

🐾 Hot Weather Update from Tails & Trails Dog Walking 🐾

With temperatures expected to reach 32°C this week, the safety and wellbeing of your dogs is my top priority.

To keep everyone safe, there will be no walks taking place after 10am as the risk of heatstroke becomes too high. Walks will be carried out in the early morning around 9am and will be kept in shaded areas with plenty of access to fresh water and regular rest breaks. I’ll assess every walk - if it becomes too much, walks will also be shortened.

Many group walks will be temporarily changed to individual home visits, where the dogs can have toilet breaks, fresh water, enrichment, in the comfort of your dog’s home. I will contact all affected clients individually to discuss arrangements.

Thank you all for your understanding and support as we navigate this hot weather together. Keeping your dogs safe will always come first. 🤍
