Payments are now cash only on arrival, I am no longer taking transfers it is too time consuming chasing up payments they aren’t getting sent on time having to spend my evenings chasing up payments, which has resulted to people not replying to these messages and not paying at all.

Hi everyone, I’ve had a high volume of lateness over the past few weeks, each appointment is 30 minutes long appointments are back to back your dog needs to be brought in on time and picked up on time, if your late to your appointment you won’t then get the full time and this will affect the results or you may be rebooked. Please if it’s your first visit set off early to ensure you can find me, alternatively if you arrive early please don’t come in early it’s very disruptive to the dog I have in, just stick to appointments times. Thank you 🖤

The first picture was over a year ago and they had gotten so much worse.
Today we took him to have them cleaned, I was really worried that he wouldn’t let her anywhere near him. He did and she has done an amazing job in such a short amount of time, his appointment was so quick and he looks so amazing! Thank you so much! ❤️
