🐾🐶🐾 a little top tip again. If you have a dog that eats way to quickly or could use some extra mental stimulation that really will make your dog tired. This game is possibly the best thing I've found. It's a treat dispenser that releases his food at the press of the button. After a little training phase of teaching him that the button gets a portion of food. You can then progress to do what I'm doing here. Hiding the button around the house while he eats the last portion. He has nothing to go on but his nose and you really can hear his nose working as he goes around the room searching for it. This'll leave your dog mentally drained and not feeling rough from ingestion the food too quickly 😊

🐾🐶🐾 Picture of the week 📷 3 dogs in full chase. Moments like this is like a huge reminder of why I decided to become a dog walker and I've always loved dogs! The simplicity of a little toy on a bit of rope and they have the time of their lives. The look on their faces as they try to out do each other and get there first and when one does, the glint of excitement in the eyes once it's free and going again. Having 3 dogs playing is actually a challenge for me too. Trying to keep it away from them all while one sneaks around me to grab it on the way past or even stay out the way of 3 dogs in full sprint 😂 but I enjoy watching them have their fun.
Have a great weekend everyone 😊 I'll look forward to seeing them all again next week!

🐾🐶🐾 starting the week with another top tip... the flirt pole. If your dog is playful but the ball isn't their thing then this is certainly worth a try. It's a brilliant toy that has them engaging and playing with you and having a great fun! It doesn't take long to start seeing that zoomy energy starting drain. I rather enjoy doing it too 😊
A couple of things to know:
Puppies will love this. However, no jumping. It's great seeing them leap in the attempt to grab it but at a young undeveloped age. It's too much for their joints. Run it through the grass for them to chase until they are done growing.
The other thing is if you're playing with multiple dogs like I am here. Make sure there is no attempts at resource guarding. A game like this can turn into a fight very quickly if you don't see the warning signs. I've been walking all these dog's for along time and know their temperament before bringing a toy like this out.
Other than that a lot of dogs would love a toy like this. Especially if it's a squeaky attachment

🐾🐶🐾 Picture of the week 📷 nothing bothers this little guy. He's always happy, got a smile on his face and full of energy. All our walks start with the Beagle howl of excitement at the gate (certainly keen to get going). Not one for play with other dogs or toys. Typical to his breed his fun comes from following his nose. Could easily find a bit of kibble in a hay stack 😂
I've been walking him and his brother for a good year now and never failed to have a great time with him on my walks!
Have a great weekend everyone. I'll look forward to seeing all the dogs next week 😊

🐾🐶🐾 this video might not look like much. But it's a huge step and I'm so pleased and proud for this dog! Always been very shy of other dogs and quite often barks at them. With a couple of chilled walks with Milo she's now really relaxed with him around and had a lovely walk this afternoon!
