Got some rats from us and we love seeing the videos of her training them! 🐀

Rats are incredibly intelligent, curious and trainable creatures.

We absolutely love seeing animals we’ve sold or rehomed thriving in their new homes, and these little guys are clearly having a fantastic time! ❤️

Morning!
We are loving the warm weather 🌞 but it has caused a few delivery issues this week.

Our cold, tropical and pond fish delivery can’t be safely sent overnight in these temperatures, and our frozen fish delivery would have a very high risk of arriving completely defrosted.

For the welfare of the live fish and to make sure your frozen food arrives frozen, we’ve decided it’s best to wait and try again next week.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding!

NOW REHOMED

We have a pair of Red Spotted Severums looking for their new home.
These can reach upto 30cm in size and although they are a peaceful cichlid, careful consideration of tank mates is must.

They are currently both over 6 inches in size

These will need a matured tropical aquarium thats at least 280l in size

We will be asking for a £90 adopting fee.

This royal python is now with us.

At approximately 9pm on Thursday 6 August, we received a report from a member of the public who believed they had seen a large python type snake in the area of Leighton Beck Road, Slack Head.

We would like to make members of the public aware so they can exercise appropriate caution if they are walking in the area.

If you're enjoying the local woods or surrounding countryside:
🐕 Keep dogs under close control.
👀 Stay alert and be aware of your surroundings.
🚫 Please do not approach or attempt to handle the animal if you believe you have seen it.
📞 If you do see what you believe to be the snake, please report it to us on 101. If there is an immediate risk to life or someone is in immediate danger, call 999.

The snake poses no risk to the public. If you see it, please keep it in sight and contact us. We will arrange for the appropriate person to attend and recover it.

Please share this post with friends, family and anyone who lives in or visits the Slack Head area to help spread awareness.

We've had no owner come forward at the moment. Please ask anyone you know who keeps snakes in Barrow if they have lost a snake, even if its not recent. Thank you 🙂
