A little personal thank you from me ❤️🐾

I wanted to take a moment to say a truly massive thank you to each and every one of you for your patience, understanding, loyalty and support over the past year.
It’s been quite a year of change — not least moving the salon from town to my home.
I cannot thank you enough for supporting me through that move, continuing to bring your lovely dogs to me and putting your trust in me. It has meant more than you probably realise. ❤️
I’ve also made a conscious decision this year to give myself a little more time to enjoy my own family and my own dogs. I’ve been able to get out showing my dogs, spend proper quality time with them and make some very special memories.
I’m sharing a few photos with this post of some of those moments, because I thought you might enjoy seeing what I get up to with my own dogs when I’m not busy looking after yours! 🐶🐾
I also want to say a particularly big thank you to those of you who have willingly moved or rearranged appointments during the extremely hot weather.
Cancelling or moving appointments inevitably means a financial loss to my business, but no amount of money is more important to me than the health and welfare of your dog.
I will never put financial gain before an animal’s wellbeing. If I believe it is too hot to safely groom, I will change the appointment. I would much rather lose a day’s income than ever take an unnecessary risk with a dog that has been entrusted to my care.
Your dogs are not simply names in an appointment book. They are precious members of your families, and when you leave them with me, you are trusting me to make the right decisions for them — even when that means saying, “It’s just too hot today.”
So thank you for understanding. Thank you for rearranging appointments. Thank you for supporting my decision to put welfare first. Thank you for supporting my move from the salon in town to working from home. And thank you for allowing me the flexibility to have precious time with my own family and dogs too.

Most of all, thank you for continuing to trust me with your dogs. That trust is something I will never take for granted.

I hope you enjoy these little snapshots of my life with my own dogs. ❤️🐾
