Everyone, meet Peggy!

Peggy is a Havapoo (Havanese Poodle mix) who came in yesterday for her very first puppy groom! She did SO well and is booked in for another in 6 weeks time ☺️ Isn't she absolutely adorable?!

A long Sunday but so worth it. Lots of new pups and Thomas the cat, along with my gorgeous Hugo-the-dinosaur (long story)

So we had Thomas who I popped on my cat post. Gorgeous big ball of ginger fluff 🧡
Then Hugo, the biggest and kissiest cockapoo on the planet.
Zula, the beautiful Springer, doesn't she have such delicate, feminine features? Also she's a sucker for a belly rub which I was happy to help her out with!
Charlie the hairy hairy boy! A gorgeous, very large labrador who loves kisses and cheesy treats!
And lastly we had the stunning Nigel (BEST name) who is a mix that I don't think anyone will guess, but boy is he a cute little puppy!

Did you know I groom cats, too?
Cats are a little different to groom as they dont tend to be done regularly like dogs. So in general I do only what is strictly needed for welfare reasons. There are exceptions, of course, but a lot of cats can find grooming stressful. Over the past few weeks I've had the pleasure of several cats to groom and cuddle 💖

And last, but by no means least! Are my boys Teddy and Nacho. Teddy is the white one, Nach is the one with the tongue. He has this uncanny ability to stick his tongue right up your nose when you least expect it, and give you a good clean. I swear sometimes he tickles my brain 😂
These two are SO playful after their grooms and so well behaved during. Nacho wants to be held and kiss you as much as he possibly can, Teddy wants to play tug of war and is great at giving the puppy dog eyes for a another treat 🐾 🐶

Next up we have Teddy. I've been grooming Teddy for as long as I can remember and he has always been so flipping photogenic. He comes in, his lovely mum and I have a chat, she tells me to do what I want and off we go! He has his ears clipped nice and short as he was prone to ear infections before this, and isn't keen at all on having his ears plucked. Ever since we've clipped his ears, he's had no infections! 🐶

Next up is the lovely Ziggy. Zigs is an older boy who has earned the right to be a grumpy old man but he is so, so cute I'll forgive him anything. He likes to show me his little teeth when I do his legs and feet, but never goes any further, and stops if you use the word 'manners'! His mum and dad taught him well 💕

I took a whopping 155 photos today. I only had 6 dogs in 😂 I could possibly have a problem... however, this means every dog today gets their own post, so be prepared for cute dog spam!
First up is the gorgeous Suggs. A cockapoo who has very definitely taken on the cocker traits, it was his first time with me today and he did so very well. What a handsome chap 🥰
