Things are really starting to pick up since I left work to focus on Totnes Tails full-time, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! 🥰🐶

This week I’m meeting some lovely new dogs who are joining me for regular dog walking slots 🐕🌿

I’ve still got a little availability for regular walks, so if you’re looking for someone reliable, caring and local to walk your dog, I’d love to hear from you!

🐾 A little milestone that means more to me than you might think… 🥹❤️

When I started Totnes Tails, I hoped people would trust me with their precious pups — but I never expected to feel quite so touched when they actually came back!

Out of my first 8 bookings, 5 have already re-booked with me. That’s 62.5% of my lovely customers choosing to come back. 🐶🥰

For me, it’s not just a booking. It means that their dogs were happy here, their humans felt comfortable leaving them with me, and I’ve hopefully created a little home-from-home that they’re happy to return to. 🏡🐾

Getting to know each dog’s little personality, seeing those familiar faces (and very excited tails!) come back through the door, and knowing that I’ve been trusted again honestly means the world to me. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their furry family members so far. I’m so grateful to be building Totnes Tails one happy, waggy tail at a time. 🐕🌿

🐾 Another lovely review for Totnes Tails! 🐾

There’s honestly no better feeling than knowing a dog has had such a happy, settled stay that their humans can properly relax on holiday too. ❤️

Barney the beagle came to stay with us and very quickly made himself at home — having plenty of fun with our own beagle along the way! 🐶🐶

Matthew and his family said they loved receiving the daily photos and updates, and that seeing how well Barney had settled made them feel so much more relaxed while they were away.

And the BEST bit… they’ve already enquired about booking Barney in again for their holiday next year! 🥹❤️

"Patiently" waiting for a walk! 🐾😂
Look at these two masterclass examples of patience here in Totnes! One is parked right on the leg keeping a close eye on things, while the other has completely given up and melted onto the floor.
Definition of beagle dedication (or extreme exhaustion)? Who knows, but those harnesses are on and ready to go!

Look who’s joined the Totnes Tails gang for the week! 🐾

Everybody, give a warm welcome to Barney the handsome beagle, sitting pretty up top. It looks like he’s already fitting right in alongside our very own Dotty, who’s firmly taken up her favorite role of supervising from a horizontal position down below!

Double the beagles means double the sniffs, tail wags, and floppy ears around here. We can't wait for a fantastic week of adventures together!

Suki’s wedding day adventure! 💍🐶

We absolutely loved having Suki stay with us while her family headed off to a family wedding nearby.

It’s always such a privilege to be trusted with your dogs, especially when you’re away for something so important. Knowing Suki had a lovely day, settled in and was happy while her family enjoyed the wedding is exactly what Totnes Tails is all about. 🥰

And of course, lots of updates and photos throughout the day so Mum and Dad could relax knowing she was having a great time too! 📸🐾

🐾 The moment they become one of us…

There’s something so special about watching a dog settle into your home.

At first, they’re the guest.
They’re finding their feet, sniffing every corner, figuring out where the treats are kept and wondering when their humans are coming back.

And then… something changes.

They stop looking like a guest and start looking like they’ve always lived here. ❤️
