After new restrictions on XL Bullies took effect in the UK, Enzo’s owner made a life-changing decision: move nearly 9,000 miles to Australia so they could stay together.
Enzo had been required to wear a muzzle in public, and his owner said she could see how the restrictions were affecting his happiness.
When she found a job opportunity in Australia, she began researching whether Enzo could live there with fewer restrictions.
The entire relocation process took around nine months and cost about £11,000.
When Enzo finally arrived, his owner said he was overjoyed to see his family again.
Now they live just minutes from the beach, where Enzo can run, play and enjoy his new life.
For his family, the journey was worth it because leaving Enzo behind was never an option.
