A quick pup-date before I take a self appointed break from social media.

I'm too busy to keep updating and replying through social media at the moment so I'm taking a 1 week hiatus. Most of my work comes through word of mouth (my clients recommending me) anyway so I'm very lucky that I can take time away from socials without the pressure.

Please direct all updates/enquiries through WhatsApp or email until further notice.

Here is Hero being a very good boy and building some confidence.

Hero is a little nervous and that's okay, something to build and work on and Hero's in the best place for that. His mums a number 1 cheerleader and confidence builder!

He's been out with me all morning (in-between crate rest and some tether work)

So this afternoon we went to The Good Dog Deli in Chelston. They have some fantastic bits and if you haven't been before please do they have lots of variety.

Beyond grateful.

To everyone that helped me find Hero, YOU are my hero.

I'll be honest, I've not had the best year. My mental health has been hanging on by a thread at times and work and my family and friends have been nothing short of angelic getting me through it all.

Sorry for being a Debbie Downer!

Hero was exactly what I needed and I'm so glad HE IS MINE!

Nobody can change their minds, nobody can p**s on my parade.

Nothing beats this.

Free puppy breath every day 💕

Don't give up, don't suffer in silence. Be brave, talk to your friends & family or even talk to me, ill listen even if we aren't friends- yet.

I know September was su***de awareness month but any month, any day, any year I'm here and if I can help I will.

Play with your dog! Puppy or adult. I cant tell you how many times I hear about lackluster engagement being the focus rather than how engaging the owners are.

Little Monty here is a wonderful play mate, with structure of course.

When you notice your puppy starting to nip out of context (not during play) then you've gone over their threshold and you ideally should have ended a little sooner.

"These are no regular dogs I'm standing with"

No, they're not.

Mila and me had so much fun putting the things I've learned and am still learning from Ezk9s around drive development and the progress was exhilarating.

Putting the confidence and expertise shared into practice.

Thank you Erin for opening this door, I will be forever grateful that you are you.

Thank you Sam for creating a safe space for learning.

I'll take what you gave and build on it, not sleep on it.

When you truly love dogs, you want to learn and practice everything possible to make their lives better.

Chasing progress and boy did Mila have some play progress.

Grateful to work early mornings, long days and late nights refining my own skills to help more dogs.

Never done learning, always developing.

I'm not the trainer I will yet be but boy am I learning.

What a fantastic first workshop that was.

Thank you so much Ezk9s for organising it.

Nice to have captured a picture with both of you to remember the day.

I'm so glad Erin brought Sam to Devon.

The day you think you know it all is the day you're honest about not knowing much.

Every day is a school day, with so much to learn about dogs you're never done learning even as a trainer.

Being well educated on all subjects regarding dogs, not just the warm and fluffy stuff is so important.

If someone does something I don't, I immediately want to learn because how can I pass comment on something I don't understand. If only all people felt similarly. But then sometimes as often shown, an uneducated opinion is often the louder.

The truth is I am very much the kind of person who's comfortable with the uncomfortable. It's a strength of mine.

Thank you Sam for adding more knowledge to my bag. Cannot wait to learn more the next time he comes down.

Imagine living in a world where you let dogs be dogs.

Rather than suppressing innate instincts you channel them.

Imagine a place where you and your dog can go learn without fear of judgement.

Imagine a place where you can go somewhere without a human friend but leave with many.

The good news is you don't have to Imagine, we've done it.

When I secured this field for us I knew it was the beginning.

I got this field because I don't hear "no" and quit. Also because I'm friendly and engaging and hard working. Others who sit and watch our stuff foaming at the mouth that they don't have it are all capable but probably spend more time being bitter than being better.

We had so many members of the public watching last night. One was even kind enough to text.

So proud of you all, different dogs, different genetics but a similar goal.

The goal to have a great relationship with their dog, one built upon trust, work and consistency.
