Aquator Hi! We’re Aquator! We are a small team of enthusiasts that strive to provide the most up-to-date care for fish, reptiles and birds! Welcome to Aquator!

Our shop is family run and independant from chain stores; we are proud to provide the community with exceptional service. Our page aims to keep all our valued customers, old and new up to date with everything we have to offer in store. We regularly update our page so please keep an eye out if you are looking for something special. We have become well known for providing quality live stock and our friendly, experienced team of staff are always available to provide advice. We specialise in tropical, marine and cold water fish, and we have a large choice of reptiles and inverts, we also have a small selection of birds available. We stock a large selection of aquariums (which are available to be delivered to most areas of the UK) and vivarium's and accessories especially for your reptiles. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Hi everyone! We’re open 10:30-4pm today. We have some beautiful fish in store to show you! They are absolutely gorgeous. Some of the fish out of quarantine now, are our Panda Corys, Sterbae corydoras, koi and leopard angelfish, new batch of African Cichlids, Pygmy corys, celestial pearl danios, Burmese zebra rasboras, beckford’s pencil fish, petricola synodontis and LOTS MORE!!!!

Frog Mayhem at Aquator! (Open 10:30-4pm Sat/Sun)
We have some really cool species of frog in store, including the Chaco horned frog (not communal long term, though very adorable at their size), “North Bakhius” Dart Frogs, Whites tree frogs and a Samurai and Strawberry Pac-Man frogs!!

The species that really caught our eyes are the jellybean sized Chaco Horned Frogs. They are ridiculously cute yet greedy and ferocious! They are similar to Pac-Man frogs but smaller and can tolerate a wider range of conditions…

We have some beautiful new juvenile bearded dragons;
Including an orange blue bar and a high crimson bearded dragon ready to see at Aquator.

As you all know, beardies come in many different morphs and these two are an exceptionally beautiful examples of representing their species!

Hi everyone! We’re open until 4pm today!

We have some beautiful new reptiles to see at Aquator. This includes this stunning Northern blue tongued skink (look at their gorgeous tongue!!) and two albino leopard geckos.

Northern blue tongued skinks use their tongue as a defence mechanism to trick predators into thinking they’re venomous !! Crazy adaptations!

Hi everyone; we are open until 4pm today! For those who haven’t managed to spot Tina our land crab, here she is! She is nibbling on monkey nuts, bless her. She cracks them open with her strong, ‘crushing claw’ then holds it delicately in her cutting claw.

What a beautiful animal.
