From 1 October 2026, Barks & Bubbles will be asking customers to book their next appointment in before they leave after their groom.
I have been very flexible, allowing customers to contact me when they want their dog groomed, but I now need to know in advance which dogs are coming in and when.
I have two dogs of my own, I need to be able to schedule my day around meeting their needs and ensuring I have breaks, too.
My business and client base is growing and therefore I need to make changes so I can accommodate each and everyone of you.
As a one-to-one dog groomer, I do not have multiple dogs in at the same time, as I want to be able to focus only on your dog.
The way I work means I can tailor the groom to your dog's needs, including their age, temperament, or behaviour, and whether they need extra breaks due to anxiety, old age, or being a puppy, to state only a few..
Thank you for your understanding.
Sarah
