Kabin Kozue Dog Grooming Professional Dog Grooming service in Tonyrefail for small & medium breeds.

Please note, we do not groom dogs that are in season, pregnant or react aggressively to the grooming process. Should dogs require muzzling the groom will be terminated and the owner called to collect the dog for the safety of the pet and the groomer.

Just a reminder that I am fully booked for December 🎄

This is the busiest month for all businesses; if you cannot make your appointment please let me know in advance.
I have a substantial waiting list with eager clients hoping for availability.

Unfortunately, there is no flexibility with appointments and I will require people to be on time dropping off and collecting their pooches to keep things running smoothly.

Do let me know if you'd like to be added to my Cancellation List should something become available.

Details of the Christmas Spa will be posted in the coming few weeks, this is also subject to availability 🐾

Received the news that little Mali had passed away 💔

Mali would come to me often with her three companions, Cybi, Betsi and Gryff.

She was always such a good girl who was very patient and enjoyed her pampers, often having a nap whilst she waited for the other to be groomed.

To say she was loved is a huge understatement and I'll miss seeing her sweet little face with the others 🩷

Hello lovely people 👋🏻

I'd just like to take a moment again to reiterate the No Show Policy as I've had a vast amount the last few weeks.

This policy is displayed in the salon on the reception as part of the Terms & Conditions of service as well as pinned posts on social media.

When one missed appointment rebooks it takes up two appointments in total.

Meaning, if 20 appointments 'No Show' a month & rebook then it takes up 40 appointments with the income of just 20.

No small business could survive in that situation, especially in the current climate.

As stated previously; ANY missed appointment leaving me no opportunity to fill the slot will require 100% payment of the missed appointment before rebooking.

This is standard practice across the majority of small independent salons who cannot absorb the costs of no shows.
It's not comfortable to do but my business is my livelihood.

Unfortunately, deposits don't cover the damage of a missed appointment.

All I ask is that people respect my time and business by attending appointments that they make.

Repeated No Shows will result in refusal of service.
It causes a knock on effect taking up space for customers that could have had those appointments.

All I ask is that customers let me know if they are unable to make an appointment so I can fill the slot like they would with any other arrangement.
