A few finishing touches left, but the new boarding accommodation is nearly complete 🥹🐰
With that, we do have a few updates to share. We know nobody enjoys reading these posts, so we’ll get back to posting cute animals very soon! 🫣
🛜 Our website has closed. Unfortunately, the cost of our domain has increased significantly and with most of our bookings coming through recommendations and social media, it no longer makes sense for us as a small family business
☀️ We will now be charging per day of boarding rather than per night
💰 Our boarding prices will be increasing to reflect the accommodation and service we now provide. We have been the cheapest boarding in the area for a long time and in all honesty, we’re underselling ourselves
💸 We will be introducing a £20 deposit for all boarding bookings. Sadly, last-minute cancellations can leave accommodation sitting empty when it could have been offered to another customer. The deposit will of course be deducted from your final balance.
🕰️ We will be sending reminder texts the day before arrival with your drop-off time and remaining balance due on arrival. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as we often have other pets waiting for visits and walks. We completely understand that delays happen, just let us know if you’re running late!
💫 All existing bookings will be honoured at the prices already agreed
To make the transition as easy as possible, any new bookings made between now and 30th June will be charged at our current rates of £7 per pet per night, plus £3.50 per additional pet sharing the same accommodation. A £20 deposit will still be required.
From 1st July, our new pricing will be:
🐰🐹 £12 per day for the first rabbit or piggy
🐰🐹£4 per day for each additional rabbit or piggy sharing the same lodge
We have worked hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible whilst providing a safe and spacious for your pets ♥️
