Let me tell you some information on what to expect from a regular bodywork visit..
Every visit is tailored to your individual horse and how they’re feeling. My aim is to help support their comfort, mobility and overall wellbeing. 🐎
✨ On arrival
I’ll take the time to chat with you about how your horse has been since my last visit — any changes you’ve noticed, how they’ve been moving, ridden, behaving or feeling.
✨ 45 minute hands on body massage..
I use a range of techniques throughout the session, working with your horse’s individual needs.
This can include:
• Muscle release work
• Trigger point techniques
• Stretching and mobility work
• Relaxation and soft tissue techniques
✨ Aftercare support
Once the session is finished, we’ll discuss how your horse has responded and anything you should be mindful of over the following days.
✨ Groundwork & pole work recommendations
Where appropriate, I’ll suggest simple groundwork, exercises or pole work to help support your horse between sessions and complement their bodywork.
✨ End-of-session report
You’ll receive a clear report following the session, including diagrams where useful, so you can see what areas were worked on and understand my findings and recommendations.
Every horse is different, and every session is approached with that individual horse in mind. ❤️🐴
Supporting your horse, one session at a time.
If I feel your horse doesn’t need a 6 weekly treatment and can go longer I will advise you on this.
